Al Twine

Mr. Twine is retired from the United Air Force after serving 22 years, and from the County of San Bernardino after serving 15 years.  He served eight years as a Field Representative for the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors, Fifth District Supervisor.

Mr. Twine served eight years on the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Club of San Bernardino, and is the immediate Past President.  He is a member of Ecclesia Christian Fellowship Church where he serves on the Board of Directors
of Priscilla’s Helping Hands, Inc., and co-chair’s the “Called To Build Planning
Committee.”  He is the Past President of the Kiwanis Club of East Rialto.  Mr. Twine is currently the Board Chairman for the Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County and has served on the Board since 2003.

Mr. Twine has served as board member of several organizations which includes Westside Action Group, Rialto Democratic Club, American Legion Post 710; Rialto City Planning Commissioner; San Bernardino County Schools Advisory Board and National Democratic Committee Member.

Mr. Twine has served as a Democratic campaign volunteer for Jerry Eaves
for San Bernardino County 5th District Supervisor; Joe Sampson for Rialto City Councilman and Wilmer Amina Carter for California State Assembly.

Mr. Twine has a Master of Art Degree from California State University San Bernardino.

Mr. Twine was appointed to the Community Action Board of Directors in October 2003.
