Weatherization Services

Weatherization measures may include all or part of the following, based on the assessment submitted by a qualified CAPSBC Outreach Specialist.

Attic/ceiling Insulation
Water heater blanket
Caulking
Weather-stripping
Minor home repairs
Door replacement
Set back thermostat
Window/glass replacement
Duct repair
Water heater/range replacement
Energy efficient water devices
Heating system repairs/replacement
Electrical outlet and switch gaskets
Furnace filter replacement
Signal device

Eligibility

Homeowners or renters may qualify for weatherization services if they meet the following requirements:

They reside in San Bernardino County
Total annual household income falls within the following guidelines:

Household size	Total annual income if the applicant or head of household is 60 years or older or permanently disabled	LIHEAP & DOE Total monthly income of all people living in the household cannot exceed
