THE SALARY:   $11.82 hourly, $2,049 monthly, $24,586 annually

Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County (CAPSBC) Fiscal Division is currently seeking a qualified and highly motivated individual to perform specialized work in support of a departmental computerized fiscal record keeping system.  The incumbent must be computer literate, work overtime as required and maintain strict confidentiality.

PROGRAM MANAGER I
(Full-Time At-Will with Benefits Position)

THE SALARY:   $27.20 hourly, $4,715 monthly, $56,576 annually

Under general supervision, this position will assume the day-to-day management responsibilities of CAPSBC’s Asset Development Component.  The position requires a high energy, motivated, results-oriented and competent person to oversee this challenging component.  The Asset Development Component was designed to help low income families and individuals acquire financial literacy skills and provide them with the opportunity to acquire assets to sustain self-sufficiency.  Current programs under the Asset Development Component include Individual Development Accounts (IDA) and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA).

COMMUNITY RESOURCE COORDINATOR

Position is assigned to the standard 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday to Friday work schedule and is classified as non-exempt for overtime purposes consistent with the Fair Labor Standards Act.  Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver License, be insurable, and have a good driving record; maintain a dependable personal transportation throughout the course of employment.  Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County (CAPSBC) is currently seeking a qualified and highly motivated individual to develop strategies for receiving food and fund donations.  The incumbent will prepare grant applications and will develop promotional materials to assist the Food

 Position is assigned to a 9/80 work schedule Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with every other Friday off and is classified as non-exempt for overtime purposes consistent with the Fair Labor Standards Act. Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County (CAPSBC) is seeking a qualified and highly motivated individual to assist the Program Manager in a variety of administrative duties and serve as a liaison between outside organizations. Applicants must have education equivalent to graduation from high school and be able to read, write and speak English at a level appropriate to the position. The Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County (CAPSBC) is seeking a qualified and highly motivated person to assume responsibility for coordinating and implementing a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation program component for selected delegate agencies to ensure that their goals are achieved within established budgets. Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed College coursework in behavioral science; public/business administration, social science, education or a closely related field, half of which must have been upper division. A list of coursework or college transcript must be submitted with the application. Minimum of two (2) years responsible administrative experience in the coordinating of a social service program or program component providing comprehensive social services to low-income individuals and families.  Applicants must submit a copy of their Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Driving Report (dated within previous 90 calendar days), and proof of current personal automobile insurance with completed application.

Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County (CAPSBC) is seeking qualified and highly person to assume responsibilities for a broad range of activities related to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Community Service Block Grant (ARRA CSBG) Delegate Agency Grant Program. BA Degree in Business or Public Administration or related field plus two (2) years responsible experience providing service and/or developing a service system which provides comprehensive social services to low-income individuals and families. OUTREACH SPECIALIST

Applicants must have education equivalent to graduation from high school.  Twelve months paid or volunteer work experience performing outreach/eligibility duties. Must be able to obtain a Home Improvement Sales License from the California State Contractor’s Licensing Board. Requiring finger printing and background check. In addition, candidates must successfully pass CAPSBC’s background and pre-employment physical examination process. WEATHERIZATION CREW TECHNICIAN

Graduation from high school or equivalent, 6 months of “hands on” weatherization and/or housing rehabilitation duties; (Eighteen (18) months of additional qualifying work experience will be substituted for a high school diploma or GED); lift/move materials weighing up to 85 lbs, possess California Driver License.  Must attach a copy of DMV Driving Report (dated within previous 90 calendar days) and proof of state mandated personal automobile insurance to their completed application.
