CAPSBC opened its Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) site on February 1, 2010 and will operate through April 15, 2010. The VITA site prepares basic tax returns for households with an annual income of $50,000 or below. Call (909) 723-1561 to schedule your appointment.
