The Sheep Fire started in the Lytle Creek area on October 3, 2009.

October 13 - 14, 2009 Storm Information:
EVACUATIONS:
- Wrightwood and Lytle Creek - The evacuation orders have been lifted for all residents with no restrictions.
ROAD CLOSURES:
- Lone Pine Canyon Road remains closed
- Swarthout Canyon Road is closed at Cajon Blvd
SHELTERS:
Both Red Cross shelters have closed. Anyone needing further assistance from the Red Cross may call the following numbers: Red Cross High Desert Chapter (Victorville): (760) 245-6511 and the Red Cross Inland Chapter (San Bernardino): (909) 888-1481
San Bernardino County Animal Control has closed down operations at the Victorville Fairgrounds. All evacuated animals have been transferred to the Devore Animal Shelter (19777 Shelter Way, Devore) and will be held until they are reunited by their owners.
