Salary Savings Plans
The County encourages employees to take advantage of savings plans to help achieve a financially secure retirement. A variety of plans, investment options, and resources are available to meet each employee’s unique needs.
457(b) Plan
Eligible employees may participate in the 457 Deferred Compensation Plan, a supplement to the County's Retirement Plan that permits deferral of a portion of the employee's pre-tax salary to investment accounts.
