Search and Rescue

Four separate mounted posses and a mounted search and rescue team made up of over 200 volunteer members support the Sheriff's search and rescue missions. Some mounted units with special training may also participate in mounted crowd control. These dedicated volunteers respond in all type of weather and terrain to assist the Sheriff's Department.
